Cruise aboard the Pearl of Siam, see the ancient temple ruins of Phra Nakhon Sri Ayutthaya.
Depart for the former Siamese capital of Ayutthaya. Visit Ayutthaya historical park, presenting the ruins of the old city of Ayutthaya, founded by King Ramathibodi in 1350. The park includes the impressive remains of Wat Maha That, Wat Yai Chai Mongkol and Wat Sri Sanphet, as well as Wat Lokhayasta. Take a ride in town on an elephant, just as the Ayutthayan kings once did. Return to Bangkok on the river cruiser 'Pearl of Siam'. Buffet lunch is provided on board. Sailing down the Chaophraya River with its different types of passenger and commercial vessels, pass Wat Pailom where storks come to nest for the winter and the island of Koh Kred, inhabited by the Mon people, once rulers of central Thailand and southern Myanmar. You will dock at River City Pier Shopping Center for a transfer back to your hotel.
Transportation by coach to Ayutthaya, Japanese speaking guide, entrances to Wat Mahathat, Wat Sri Sanpetch, Wat Yai Chaimongkol and Wat Lokhayasta, Elephant ride in Ayutthaya, return journey to Bangkok on the Pearl of Siam Yacht with buffet lunch on board.
